We had a wonderful experience at East Bank in Sydney! The food was delicious and the atmosphere was fantastic, but what truly made our visit special... was our waiter, Federico. He was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and always had a warm smile on his face. His positive energy and attentive service really stood out and made us feel right at home. Highly recommended!Went to Eastbank for brunch and had an incredible experience. We ordered the Fettuccine al Pollo, Margherita Pizza, Fresh Oysters,... Chicken Meatball Pasta, Garlic Bread, and the Ferrero Rocher Cheesecake! Every single dish was absolutely delicious. The flavors were rich and well-balanced, and everything was served fresh. Service was quick, efficient, and friendly, making the whole dining experience even better. Definitely a spot I’ll be returning to!read more

Manami was our waiter and was very polite, courteous and contributed to us enjoying our meals immensely. We were pleasantly greeted by Michael today as we were walking along the water to find some food. As we were sat down, waiting for our food, my... brother and I were smiling as we saw how incredible Michael’s customer service skills were, we witnessed him greeting incoming customers so warmly, inviting them in to take a seat in such a beautiful, effortless manner.
